ALBERTO GIACOMETTI, Swiss (1901 - 1966)

Alberto Giacometti was a painter, draftsman, and printmaker, who was one of the most important sculptors of the 20th century. His work was particularly influenced by artistic styles such as Cubism and Surrealism. This brochure displays 12 lithographs of his work compiled by Maeght in Paris in 1961. It was done as part of a series Maeght did for many of their artists.
