ED BAYNARD
LOT 2
Ed Baynard (American, 1940–2016) regularly found inspiration for his delicate prints and watercolors from Japanese woodblock prints. While maintaining simplicity, his depictions of plants and vases are quite stylized and emanate rhythm and movement. Baynard’s works can be found in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; Museum of Modern Art, New York; Tate Galleries, London, and others.
